The location proved convenient! It was a short walk to the beach. Breakfast included a full English option! The hosts were cute.

I stayed three nights. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Nick and Caroline offered really helpful advice about the local area. The room was clean. It appears to have been decorated recently. Storage space was ample.
Car parking was unavailable on site, but this is understandable for an English seaside resort.

the breakfast offered many choices. the room faced the front. the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival.

i liked the breakfast. it had many good choices. the guest house had clean rooms. the bed was comfortable. i also found the room size decent. the house was well kept.
i struggled with car parking. it was unavailable . the room seemed a little small to me. i think english seaside resorts have similar standards.

superb stay!
helpful owner excellent design super clean surface daily cleaning
Nick helped with parking for my stay. the room featured excellent interior design! it felt fresh, with super clean surfaces and new-looking decor! caroline cleaned the room each day. This was a nice touch!
the room size was somewhat small! though i understand this is common in seaside resorts.

parking issue cramped room
Parking was an issue. i could not find a space upon arrival. the room size was also disappointing. It felt cramped. there was little room to move around the double room. i expected more from this type of hotel.

interior design clean bathroom
nick was helpful from our arrival. he secured a parking space for our vehicle during the entire visit. the room's interior design impressed me, as i have experience in design tv. the bathroom was clean.
